LEAD TIME - Orders must be placed 11 weeks in advance of desired ship date. Shipment is usually done on Mondays. Please state desired ship date and we will ship as close to that date as possible. Your ship date must fall between January 3, 2011 and April 11, 2011. You will be prompted to enter a shipping date during checkout. Because the order is specifically grown for you ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS. Orders cannot be accepted after January 24, 2011.
MINIMUM ORDER - You must order at least 1 tray per variety, and 4 trays per order. Most trays contain 512 plugs. Please see the product details box in each variety for more specific information.
SHIPPING - Orders are normally shipped FedEx 2nd day. Shipping charges are included in prices. Shipping begins January 3, 2011 and continues through April 11, 2011.
RECEIPT OF ORDER - Unpack order immediately upon receipt. We must receive notification of any problems within 48 hours of receipt.
