2020 AAS Regional Winner! Ribbed, flattened, huge, 18 to 24 ounce beefsteak-type fruits have a better texture, better crack resistance and higher yields than comparable yellow varieties. The unique yellow with red/orange flame coloration is beautiful on the outside and just as attractive on the inside with its nicely marbled interior. Sweet, tender flesh has the look of an heirloom without the mushiness often associated with them. In AAS trials it outlasted similar varieties when disease hit in late summer. Intermediate resistance to Late Blight.
