80-100 days. Don't let its beauty fool you - this newcomer packs some serious heat! Dark green, wrinkled fruits ripen to a beautiful bright orange and with an average of 210,000 Scoville units they are scorching hot. Bonnet shaped, shiny Habanero fruits are very similar to the extremely popular Scotch Bonnet pepper, measure approx. 2" by 1 1/2" and can be used fresh or dried. Harvest at the green stage in just 80 days. Compact plants are well-branched, uniform and heavy yielding. More tolerant to cooler weather than comparable varieties.
