Eggplant, Baby Jack Hybrid

58-62 days. Petite, round/elongated fruits are purple and should be harvested at full maturity when just 2 to 3" long. Slightly glossy, 2 to 3 oz. fruits do not require peeling, have a few small seeds and are filled with excellent eggplant flavor that has a little bitterness, but are less bitter than standard size varieties. Very compact plants are predominately spineless, have a well-branched habit and grow approx. 22" high by 18" wide. Perfect for container and small space gardening. Recommended for packs, quarts and larger pots up to 3½ gallons at retail. Great for fresh markets, farmers markets and roadside stands. Widely adaptable. Produces high yields over a long period.
