. Long, slender fruits are larger with fewer seeds and pure white skin that does not tend to yellow like other white varieties. Tender fruits weigh approx. 7-3/4 oz., measure 7" long by 1-1/2" wide and have improved taste and texture that is appealing fresh or cooked.
