2009 AAS Winner! A specialty Piel de Sapo or Christmas oval-shaped melon, weighing 2 to 4 lb., with smooth yellow skin that may show faint green mottling when mature. Fruits have thin rinds and are packed with juicy, white flesh that emits a fresh, sweet aroma. Matures earlier than other varieties, with vigorous vines and good yields. Stores well.
