Extra-large 5-1/2 to 6" blocky fruits are smooth with thick walls and are slow to turn to a deep dark red. Even under cool temperatures plants produce abundant yields of high quality peppers that consistently maintain their large size and shape. Plants grow up to 24" and have excellent foliage cover to protect fruits against sunscald. Well suited for most western regions. Highly resistant to Pepper Mottle Virus and Potato Virus Y races 0-2.
