40-45 days, 2025 AAS Winner! Scalloped, 1 to 2 lb. fruits have dark green and light green striped skins that have an attractive, glossy sheen, a small seed cavity and an exceptional flavor. Mildly sweet fruits grow approx. 4 to 5" wide when fully mature, but are the most tender at the baby state when they're still attached to the (edible) blooms. Fruits can be harvested at either stage of maturity. Vigorous, bushy plants have a mounded, open habit, minimal spines and grow 24" tall by 36" wide. High yielding.
