Jiffy 7 Extra Depth Pellets

Peat Pellets measure 3/8 in tall and 1-3/4 in across when dry. After soaking with water, the pellet swells 3 to 7 times its original size and becomes a self-contained growing unit, complete with soil and fertilizer. No transplant shock when planting outdoors! Peat Pellets are made from compressed sphagnum peat moss. Extra-Depth Jiffy-7 are same width as regular Jiffy-7s, but pellets expand to a taller 2-9/16" depth providing capacity for longer root development. (1/2"thick compressed size).
